👉Ingredients:
↪️1 lb ground beef
↪️1 small onion, diced
↪️2 garlic cloves, minced
↪️3–4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
↪️2 carrots, sliced
↪️1 green bell pepper, chopped
↪️1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (with juice)
↪️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
↪️1 tsp salt
↪️½ tsp black pepper
↪️½ tsp paprika
↪️Optional: chopped green onions for topping
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with the onion and garlic until the meat is browned and no longer pink. Drain off the fat.
✅️2. Layer in the Crockpot:
Place the diced potatoes, sliced carrots, and chopped bell pepper at the bottom of the crockpot.
Spoon the beef mixture over the vegetables, then pour in the can of diced tomatoes with the juice.
✅️3. Season and Cook:
Sprinkle in the salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the vegetables are soft.
✅️4. Add Cheese:
About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Put the lid back on and let the cheese melt.
✅️5. Serve:
Garnish with green onions if you like, and serve warm.
