Easy Slow Cooker Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole



👉Ingredients:

◾️1 (32 oz) bag of frozen hashbrowns

◾️1 package of kielbasa, diced

◾️1 small onion, diced

◾️2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

◾️½ cup sour cream

◾️½ cup milk

◾️1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup

◾️Optional seasonings: salt, pepper, onion powder, minced garlic


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Lightly grease the inside of your slow cooker.


✅️2. Add the diced kielbasa, frozen hashbrowns, chopped onion, and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
