👉Ingredients:
↪️2 medium size pork chops heritage breed
↪️2 tablespoons of grass-fed butter, melted
↪️4 minced garlic cloves
↪️3 branches de thym
↪️spoonful of olive oil
↪️Salt and pepper to your taste.
👉Preparation:
✅️Get the oven ready. Preheat it to 380 degrees.
✅️Sprinkle the pork chops well with salt and pepper to your liking.
✅️Melt 5 tablespoons of butter in the microwave or store to make the buttery sauce. Feel free to add others if you'd like.
✅️Add thyme and minced garlic to melted butter. Stir well and put that aside to rest.
✅️Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops in hot oil and simmer for about 4 minutes on each side until tender.
✅️Pour the garlic butter mixture over the pork chops and transfer the skillet to the oven. Cook the pork chops until the internal temperature reaches about 145 to 150 degrees.
✅️Take the pan out of oven when the pork chops are done. Spoon on the butter sauce left in the pan.
