Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce



👉Ingredients:

🔹️🔹️For the Steak:

↪️1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

↪️Salt and pepper, to taste


🔹️🔹️For the Sauce:

↪️2 tbsp (28g) butter

↪️5 garlic cloves, minced

↪️1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth

↪️1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream

↪️1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese


🔹️🔹️For Garnish:

↪️Fresh parsley, chopped


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Season the Steak:

Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper on all sides.


✅️2. Cook the Steak:

Heat the butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the steak bites and cook for 3–4 minutes, or until browned on all sides.

Remove the steak and set aside.


✅️3. Make the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.

Pour in the beef broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.

Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens slightly.


✅️4. Combine and Serve:

Return the steak bites to the skillet and coat them in the creamy sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
