Slow Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs
👉Ingredients:
↪️3 pounds pork ribs
↪️1 cup barbecue sauce
↪️1/4 cup brown sugar
↪️1 tablespoon smoked paprika
↪️1 teaspoon garlic powder
↪️1 teaspoon onion powder
↪️1 teaspoon salt
↪️1/2 teaspoon black pepper
↪️1 large onion, sliced
👉Directions:
✅️1. In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
✅️2. Rub this spice mix all over the ribs until well coated.
✅️3. Place the sliced onion at the bottom of your slow cooker.
✅️4. Put the ribs on top of the onions.
✅️5. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs to cover them completely.
✅️6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, until the ribs are tender and falling off the bone.
✅️7. Carefully remove the ribs and place them on a baking sheet.
✅️8. Turn on your oven’s broiler.
✅️9. Brush more barbecue sauce on the ribs and broil for 3–5 minutes until the sauce is caramelized and bubbling.
✅️10. Serve hot, topped with the cooked onions from the slow cooker.

↪️Want it spicy? Add 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the spice rub.
↪️Sweeter glaze? Mix 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup into the BBQ sauce.
↪️Smokier taste? Add a few drops of liquid smoke to the sauce.
