Slow-Cooked Garlic Butter Chicken

Slow-Cooked Garlic Butter Chicken & Ribeye with Creamy Parmesan Mash

👉Ingredients:

🔸️2 chicken breasts

🔸️2 ribeye steaks

🔸️¼ cup melted butter

🔸️4 cloves garlic, minced

🔸️½ cup chicken broth

🔸️1 lb (about 450g) potatoes, peeled and cubed

🔸️¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

🔸️¼ cup heavy cream

🔸️Salt and black pepper, to taste

👉Instructions:

✅️1. Prepare the meat: Place the chicken breasts and ribeye steaks into your slow cooker.

✅️2. Make the garlic butter sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the meat in the slow cooker.

✅️3. Slow cook: Cover and cook on low heat for 6–7 hours, or until the chicken is tender and the steaks are cooked to your preferred doneness.

✅️4. Make the mashed potatoes: While the meat is cooking, boil the cubed potatoes in salted water for about 15 minutes or until soft. Drain the water, then mash the potatoes with Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.

✅️5. Serve: Plate the slow-cooked chicken and ribeye alongside a generous serving of the creamy Parmesan mashed potatoes. Spoon some of the garlic butter sauce over the top for extra flavor.
