◾️Salt & black pepper, to taste

◾️Italian seasoning (optional)


🍗 For the Chicken:

◾️1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

◾️1 tbsp olive oil

◾️Salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)


🥦 For the Broccoli:

◾️1½ cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets

◾️Salted water, for boiling or steaming


👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta

↪️ Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.


2. Prepare the Broccoli

↪️ Steam or boil broccoli for 3–4 minutes until bright green and just tender. Drain and set aside.


3. Cook the Chicken

↪️ Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

↪️ Grill or pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips.


4. Make the Alfredo Sauce

↪️ In a large skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

↪️ Pour in the cream and simmer gently for 2–3 minutes.

↪️ Whisk in Parmesan until smooth and creamy.

↪️ Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if desired.
