🔹️1 tsp paprika
🔹️Salt & black pepper, to taste
🔹️2 tbsp olive oil
▶️For the Sauce:
🔹️2 tbsp butter
🔹️1 cup mushrooms, sliced (button or cremini)
🔹️1 cup heavy cream
🔹️½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
🔹️1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
🔹️1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:
↪️1. Season & Coat the Chicken:
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, pressing firmly to stick.
↪️2. Pan-Fry the Chicken:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
↪️3. Sauté the Mushrooms:
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft and fragrant.
↪️4. Make the Creamy Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is thick, creamy, and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
↪️5. Finish & Serve:
Return the crispy chicken to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the top and simmer for 2–3 more minutes.
Garnish with fresh thyme and parsley if desired. Serve hot!
