👉Ingredients:

🔸️½ cup + 2 tbsp gluten-free flour

🔸️¼ cup cocoa powder

🔸️½ tsp baking soda

🔸️¼ tsp kosher salt

🔸️¼ cup unsalted butter (or vegan baking stick), at room temp

🔸️½ cup + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, packed

🔸️1 heaping tbsp cornstarch + 1.5 tbsp water (egg replacer)

🔸️½ tsp pure vanilla extract

🔸️2 tbsp milk (or dairy-free milk)

🔸️½ cup + 4 tbsp chocolate chips (save 2 tbsp for topping)


👉Instructions:

↪️1. Make Egg Substitute

Mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Set aside.


↪️2. Combine Dry Ingredients

Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.


↪️3. Cream Butter & Sugar

Beat butter and brown sugar until fluffy.


↪️4. Add Wet Ingredients

Mix in cornstarch mixture, milk, and vanilla.


↪️5. Combine Everything

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until just blended.


↪️6. Fold in Chocolate Chips

Stir in ½ cup + 2 tbsp chocolate chips.


↪️7. Chill the Dough

Freeze dough for 15 minutes.


↪️8. Preheat Oven

Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.


↪️9. Shape & Top

Scoop into 6 balls, press tops into remaining chocolate chips.


↪️10. Bake to Perfection

Bake 11–13 minutes, until edges are firm and centers look slightly underdone.


↪️11. Cool & Enjoy

Let cool 5 minutes on the tray, then move to a wire rack.
