◾️1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
◾️2 tsp chili paste (like Sambal Oelek)
◾️1 red bell pepper, chunked
◾️1 green bell pepper, chunked
◾️1 red onion, chunked
◾️Bamboo or metal skewers (soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes if using)
◾️Fresh cilantro & sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
