◾️1 tbsp sesame oil


◾️1 tbsp honey


◾️4 cloves garlic, minced


◾️1 tbsp grated fresh ginger


◾️2 tsp chili paste (like Sambal Oelek)


◾️1 red bell pepper, chunked


◾️1 green bell pepper, chunked


◾️1 red onion, chunked


◾️Bamboo or metal skewers (soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes if using)


◾️Fresh cilantro & sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

✅️1. Marinate the Beef:

Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, Szechuan peppercorns, and chili paste in a bowl. Toss the beef cubes in the marinade, ensuring even coating. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour (or overnight for deeper flavor).
