🍲 Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup with Ground Beef

✅ Ingredients
➡️1 lb ground beef
➡️1 small onion, diced 🧅
➡️2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
➡️4 cups beef broth 🍖
➡️1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes 🍅
➡️1 tsp dried basil 🌿
➡️1 tsp dried oregano 🌿
➡️½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional) 🌶️
➡️Salt & black pepper, to taste
➡️9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen) 🧀
➡️2 cups fresh spinach 🥬
➡️¼ cup grated Parmesan (for serving) 🧀
🔹 Instructions
✅️1. Brown the beef 👉 In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
✅️2. Build the base 👉 Transfer mixture to the slow cooker. Add broth, crushed tomatoes, basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook on:
Low: 6–8 hrs
High: 3–4 hrs
✅️3. Add pasta & greens 👉 About 30 minutes before serving, stir in tortellini and spinach.
