A hearty, creamy, and flavorful beef stew that practically cooks itself in the slow cooker! Perfect for busy days when you want comfort food waiting for you at dinner time.
✨ Ingredients:
🥩 2 lbs beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
🧅 1 large onion, chopped
🥕 2 carrots, peeled & chopped
🌿 2 celery stalks, chopped
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🌾 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
🍄 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
🥣 1 cup beef broth
🥛 1 cup milk
🌱 1 tsp dried thyme
🧂 1/2 tsp salt
⚫ 1/4 tsp black pepper
🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for thickening)
🌿 Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. 🔥 Brown the beef – In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high. Brown beef cubes on all sides (8-10 mins).
2. 🥕 Sauté veggies – Add onion, carrots, and celery to the skillet. Cook until softened (5-7 mins).
