👉Ingredients:
🔸️1 lb penne pasta (or your favorite pasta)
🔸️1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
🔸️2 smoked sausages (or Andouille for extra spice), sliced
🔸️1 green bell pepper, sliced
🔸️1 red bell pepper, sliced
🔸️1 medium onion, sliced
🔸️2 cloves garlic, minced
🔸️1 cup heavy cream
🔸️1½ cups shredded mozzarella
🔸️1 cup grated Parmesan
🔸️2 tbsp olive oil
🔸️1 tsp paprika
🔸️1 tsp garlic powder
🔸️1 tsp onion powder
🔸️½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
🔸️Salt and pepper to taste
🔸️Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
👉Instructions:
🔹️1. Boil the Pasta:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
🔹️2. Brown the Sausage:
In a large skillet, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
🔹️3. Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add 1 tbsp olive oil. Season shrimp with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
🔹️4. Sauté the Veggies:
Add bell peppers, onions, and garlic to the same pan. Cook until softened, about 4–5 minutes.
🔹️5. Make the Sauce:
Pour in the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
🔹️6. Combine Everything:
Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and sausage to the skillet. Toss to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Let it heat through.
