👉Ingredients:
↪️1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, sliced thin
↪️2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
↪️1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
↪️2 tablespoons soy sauce
↪️1 tablespoon oyster sauce
↪️1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
↪️1 tablespoon cornstarch
↪️2 tablespoons vegetable oil
↪️4 cloves garlic, minced
↪️1 teaspoon ginger, grated
↪️2 green onions, chopped
↪️1 teaspoon sesame oil
↪️Salt to taste
👉Directions:
✅️In a bowl, toss sliced chicken with cornstarch and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
✅️Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until golden and just cooked through. Remove and set aside.
✅️Add the remaining oil, followed by garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Cook for 3–4 minutes until mushrooms soften.
✅️Return chicken to the pan and add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, remaining soy sauce, and black pepper. Toss well to coat.
✅️Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is well glazed and hot.
✅️Drizzle sesame oil and add chopped green onions before serving.
