Cajun Butter Lobster Tail with Creamy Garlic Pasta

👉Ingredients:

🚨Lobster Tails:

↪️2 lobster tails

↪️4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

↪️2 tsp Cajun seasoning

↪️1 clove garlic, minced

↪️Juice of ½ lemon

↪️Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

🚨Creamy Garlic Pasta:

↪️8 oz fettuccine or linguine

↪️2 tbsp butter

↪️4 cloves garlic, minced

↪️1 cup heavy cream

↪️½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

↪️Salt & black pepper to taste

↪️Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

🚨Roasted Asparagus:

↪️1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed

↪️1 tbsp olive oil

↪️Salt & pepper

↪️1 tsp garlic powder

↪️Juice of ½ lemon

👉Instructions:

✅️1. Prep the Lobster Tails

◾️Use kitchen scissors to cut along the top of the lobster shells. Gently lift the meat up, leaving it attached at the base.

✅️2. Cajun Butter Magic

◾️Mix melted butter, Cajun spice, garlic, and lemon juice. Brush generously over lobster meat.

✅️3. Broil the Lobster

◾️Set on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes. Baste halfway through. When the lobster turns opaque and begins to brown, it’s ready! Garnish with parsley.

✅️4. Pasta Time

◾️Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and save ½ cup of pasta water.

✅️5. Creamy Sauce

◾️Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in cream, bring to a simmer, then add Parmesan. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Toss in the pasta, adding pasta water as needed for creaminess.

✅️6. Roast the Asparagus

◾️Heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss asparagus in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12–15 minutes. Finish with lemon juice.

✅️7. Serve It Up

◾️Twirl pasta onto plates, top with those buttery lobster tails, and serve asparagus on the side. Drizzle with extra Cajun butter for even more flavor.
