👉Ingredients:
↪️1 pound ground beef
↪️1 small onion, chopped
↪️2 garlic cloves, minced
↪️1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
↪️2 cups beef broth
↪️1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
↪️1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
↪️Salt and pepper to taste
↪️2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
↪️1/2 cup sour cream
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
✅️2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef with the chopped onion and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
✅️3. Add the uncooked rice, beef broth, drained tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
✅️4. Bring everything to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15–20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
✅️5. Remove the skillet from the heat. Stir in the sour cream and 1 cup of the shredded cheese.
✅️6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
✅️7. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
