👉Ingredients:
◾️8 oz fettuccine pasta
◾️1 tbsp olive oil
◾️1/2 lb boneless chicken breast, diced
◾️1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
◾️1 cup broccoli florets (blanched or steamed)
◾️2 tbsp butter
◾️3 cloves garlic, minced
◾️1 cup heavy cream
◾️1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
◾️Salt and black pepper to taste
◾️1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
◾️Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
✅️Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
✅️In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
✅️In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
✅️Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
✅️Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
✅️Add cooked fettuccine, chicken, shrimp, and broccoli to the sauce. Toss to coat evenly.
◾️Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
