👉Ingredients:
↪️4 bone-in pork chops
↪️1 cup buttermilk
↪️1 cup all-purpose flour
↪️1 tsp salt
↪️1/2 tsp black pepper
↪️1/2 tsp paprika
↪️1/2 tsp garlic powder
↪️1/2 tsp onion powder
↪️1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
❤️For the Bacon Gravy:
↪️4 slices bacon, chopped
↪️2 tbsp butter
↪️2 tbsp all-purpose flour
↪️1 1/2 cups milk
↪️1/2 tsp salt
↪️1/2 tsp black pepper
👉Instructions:
✅️Place pork chops in a shallow dish and pour buttermilk over them. Let sit for 30 minutes.
✅️In a separate dish, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
✅️Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
✅️Dredge pork chops in the flour mixture, shaking off excess, then fry for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
✅️For the gravy, cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
