▶️2 tbsp olive oil
🍲For the Sauce:
▶️2 tbsp unsalted butter
▶️3 cloves garlic, minced
▶️2 cups sliced mushrooms (button or cremini work great)

▶️1 tsp Dijon mustard
▶️1/2 tsp dried thyme
▶️Fresh thyme (for garnish)
👉Instructions:

Pour in cream, chicken broth, Dijon, and thyme. Let simmer until slightly thickened (3–5 mins).
5️⃣ Finish it off
Return the pork chops to the skillet, cover with sauce, and simmer another 3–5 mins until fully cooked and juicy.
6️⃣ Garnish & serve
