👉Ingredients:
↪️2 large chicken breasts
↪️1¼ cups panko bread crumbs
↪️¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
↪️1 teaspoon garlic powder
↪️1 egg
↪️Salt & pepper to taste
↪️⅓ cup vegetable oil
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Place chicken breasts in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm them up.
✅️2. Slice each breast in half horizontally, then pound them to about ¼ inch thick.
✅️3. In a shallow dish, mix together the panko, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
✅️4. In another bowl, beat the egg. Dip each piece of chicken into the egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture. Press to help it stick.
✅️5. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Carefully add the chicken and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
