👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat your grill or stovetop skillet over medium heat.
✅️2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce. Mix well and shape into 8 thin patties.
✅️3. Cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Set aside.
✅️4. Grill or pan-fry the hot dogs until they’re slightly charred.
✅️5. Lightly toast the buns, then place one hot dog in each bun.
✅️6. Top each hot dog with a burger patty, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar and mozzarella, and optional toppings like red onion and pickles.
✅️7. Drizzle with extra BBQ sauce.
✅️8. Place the loaded hot dogs under the broiler for 1–2 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
