🔥Spaghetti & Meatballs
👉Ingredients:
↪️1 lb (450g) ground beef
↪️1/2 cup breadcrumbs
↪️1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
↪️1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
↪️2 garlic cloves, minced
↪️1 large egg
↪️Salt and black pepper to taste
↪️1 tablespoon olive oil
↪️24 oz (680g) marinara sauce
↪️12 oz (340g) spaghetti
↪️Extra Parmesan and fresh basil for garnish
👉Instructions:
✅️1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
✅️2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
✅️3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides—about 10 minutes.
✅️4. Pour the marinara sauce over the meatballs. Reduce the heat and let them simmer for 20 minutes.
✅️5. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Drain well.
✅️6. Serve the spaghetti topped with the meatballs and sauce. Sprinkle with extra Parmesan and fresh basil before serving.
