Meat and Potato Casserole recipe that’s perfect for a comforting meal.
👉Ingredients:
▶️1 lb ground beef (or ground sausage)
▶️1 small onion, diced
▶️3 cups potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
▶️1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
▶️½ cup milk
▶️1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
▶️½ teaspoon garlic powder
▶️½ teaspoon onion powder
▶️½ teaspoon smoked paprika
▶️Salt & pepper to taste
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
✅️2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with diced onions until fully cooked. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
✅️3. Layer half the potatoes in the prepared baking dish, followed by half the cooked meat mixture. Repeat layers.
✅️4. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk, then pour over the casserole.
✅️5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
✅️6. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 15 more minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
✅️7. Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
