↪️1 lb ground beef
↪️1/2 cup breadcrumbs
↪️1 egg
↪️1/4 cup milk
↪️1 small onion, finely chopped
↪️2 cloves garlic, minced
↪️1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
↪️1 tsp Dijon mustard
↪️1/2 tsp salt
↪️1/2 tsp black pepper
↪️1 tbsp olive oil
🔹️🔹️For the gravy:
↪️2 cups beef broth
↪️1 cup mushrooms, sliced
↪️2 tbsp butter
↪️2 tbsp all-purpose flour
↪️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
↪️1/2 tsp salt
↪️1/2 tsp black pepper
👉Instructions:
✅️1. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, and pepper until everything is well combined.
✅️2. Shape the mixture into 4 oval-shaped patties.
✅️3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
✅️4. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the mushrooms for about 2 minutes.
✅️5. Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and stir to coat.
✅️6. Slowly pour in the beef broth while stirring constantly. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
✅️7. Let the gravy simmer until it thickens.
✅️8. Return the beef patties to the skillet and let them cook in the gravy for about 10 more minutes.
🔹️Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or your favorite side dish.
