I've always loved chocolate fudge but never tried making it at home — until today! I followed a super simple recipe using Cadbury’s chocolate, and it turned out creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious.
👉 Ingredients:
↪️1 can of sweetened condensed milk
↪️400g of Cadbury’s chocolate (chopped into small pieces)
↪️1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
↪️1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
👉 Method:
✅️1. Add all the ingredients (condensed milk, chopped chocolate, butter, and vanilla) into a slow cooker.
✅️2. Cook on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to help everything melt evenly.
✅️3. Once the mixture is smooth and glossy, pour it into a dish lined with greaseproof/baking paper.
✅️4. Let it cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
✅️5. Then place it in the fridge for 3 to 4 hours until fully set.
✅️6. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy your homemade fudge! 🍬
👉 3 Tips for Perfect Fudge:
◾️1. Chop the chocolate into smaller pieces to help it melt more quickly and evenly.
◾️2. Don’t skip the stirring every 15 minutes — it prevents burning and gives the fudge a smooth texture.
◾️3. Wait until the fudge is fully chilled before cutting to get clean, neat squares.
↪️This recipe is super easy and totally worth it — no baking, no mess, and no leftovers! 😄
