Indulging in the best of both worlds with this Cajun Shrimp and Steak Alfredo Pasta tonight! Spicy, creamy, and oh-so satisfying!
👉Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb steak, sliced thinly
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, divided
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
👉Directions:
✅️1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
✅️2. Season shrimp and steak slices with 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning each.
✅️3. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
✅️4. In the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil and cook steak slices until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove steak and set aside.
✅️5. Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the skillet. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened, about 2 minutes.
✅️6. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
✅️7. Return cooked shrimp and steak to the skillet. Add cooked pasta and toss until everything is coated in the Alfredo sauce.
✅️8. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
