Cajun Shrimp & Steak Alfredo Pasta
👉Ingredients:
◾️8 oz fettuccine
◾️½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
◾️½ lb steak, thinly sliced
◾️2 tbsp Cajun seasoning, divided
◾️2 tbsp olive oil, divided
◾️1 tbsp butter
◾️1 small onion, chopped
◾️3 garlic cloves, minced
◾️1 cup heavy cream
◾️½ cup grated Parmesan
◾️Salt & pepper, to taste
◾️Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Cook pasta per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
✅️2. Season shrimp and steak each with 1 tbsp of Cajun seasoning.
✅️3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Cook shrimp 2–3 mins per side, remove and set aside.
✅️4. Add remaining oil to the pan, sear steak 2–3 mins per side, then remove.
✅️5. Lower heat to medium. Melt butter in the same skillet, then sauté onion and garlic until soft.
✅️6. Pour in cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
✅️7. Return shrimp and steak to the skillet, toss in the pasta, and stir until well coated.
✅️8. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
