Crispy Garlic Parmesan Fried Lamb Chops



👉Ingredients:

✅️For the Lamb Chops:

▶️8–10 lamb chops

▶️1 tsp salt

▶️1 tsp black pepper

▶️1 tsp paprika

▶️1 tsp garlic powder

▶️½ tsp onion powder


✅️For the Crispy Coating:

▶️2 cups breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

▶️1 cup grated Parmesan

▶️2 tsp garlic powder

▶️2 tsp Italian seasoning

▶️½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for a little kick)


✅️For the Egg Wash:

▶️2 eggs

▶️2 tbsp milk or heavy cream


✅️For Frying:

▶️Vegetable or canola oil


✅️For the Finishing Touch:

▶️2 tbsp melted butter

▶️2 cloves garlic, minced

▶️Chopped parsley (optional)


👉How It’s Made:

✅️1. Season the Chops: Pat dry and season with the spices.

✅️2. Get the Coating Ready: Mix breadcrumbs and cheese in one bowl, whisk eggs and milk in another.

✅️3. Bread ‘Em: Dip in egg wash, then coat with the breadcrumb mix.

✅️4. Fry ‘Em Up: Cook in hot oil (350°F) until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.

✅️5. Add Garlic Butter: Drizzle with melted butter sautéed with garlic.

✅️6. Serve Hot: Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy with your favorite sides!
