Delicious Ribeye Steak Recipe


👉Ingredients:

↪️1 ribeye steak (about 1.5 inches thick)

↪️Kosher salt or sea salt

↪️Freshly ground black pepper

↪️1–2 tablespoons olive oil or butter

↪️Optional: garlic cloves, rosemary, or thyme for extra flavor


👉Instructions:

✅️1. Bring to Room Temperature:

◾️Remove the steak from the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes. This helps it cook evenly.


✅️2. Season the Steak:

◾️Pat the steak dry using paper towels.

◾️Season both sides generously with salt and black pepper. Add other seasonings if desired.


✅️3. Sear the Steak:

◾️Heat a cast-iron skillet or heavy pan over medium-high heat.

◾️Add olive oil or butter.

◾️Once hot and shimmering, place the steak in the pan.

◾️Sear for about 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Cook longer if you prefer it more done.
