👉Ingredients:
▶️1 lb. lean ground beef, cooked
▶️5 large green bell peppers, tops cut off and seeds removed
▶️1 ½ cups cooked white rice
▶️1 (24 oz.) jar of tomato sauce
▶️2 cloves garlic, minced
▶️1 medium white onion, finely diced
▶️½ tsp sea salt
▶️½ tsp garlic powder
▶️½ tsp dried oregano
▶️½ tsp dried thyme
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Carefully slice off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes inside, taking care not to tear the peppers.
✅️2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, garlic, rice, 1 cup of tomato sauce, onion, salt, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme until well combined.
✅️3. Spoon the filling into each pepper and place them upright in your slow cooker.
✅️4. Pour the remaining tomato sauce into the bottom of the slow cooker, then drizzle a little over the top of each pepper.
✅️5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours, or until the peppers are tender and the flavors are perfectly blended.
