Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli Stir-Fry
👉Ingredients:
↪️1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
↪️8 oz smoked sausage, sliced
↪️2 cups broccoli florets
↪️4 garlic cloves, minced
↪️1/4 cup honey
↪️1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
↪️1 tbsp olive oil
↪️1 tbsp lemon juice
↪️1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
↪️Salt and pepper to taste
↪️Cooked rice or quinoa, for serving
↪️Fresh parsley or cilantro, for garnish (optional)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
✅️2. Cook the sausage: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sausage slices and cook until browned (4–5 minutes). Remove and set aside.
✅️3. Cook the shrimp: In the same skillet, add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
✅️4. Cook the broccoli: Add broccoli to the skillet and sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. Add a splash of water to help steam if needed.
✅️5. Bring it together: Return shrimp and sausage to the skillet. Pour the sauce over everything and stir well. Cook 2–3 more minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
✅️6. Serve: Spoon over rice or quinoa and top with parsley or cilantro if you like.

🔹️You can mix in other veggies like bell peppers, snap peas, or mushrooms to make it your own!
