Fall-Off-the-Bone Tender Oxtail Stew 🍖
👉What You’ll Need:
• 2 lbs oxtail, trimmed
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 carrots, diced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
• 1 cup beef broth
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• Salt & black pepper to taste
👉How to Make It:
✅️1. Sear the oxtail in a hot pan until browned all over, then set aside.
✅️2. In the same pot, sauté the onion, carrots, and garlic until fragrant and soft.
✅️3. Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
✅️4. Return the oxtail to the pot, sprinkle in thyme, and season with salt and pepper.
✅️5. Cover and let it simmer on low heat for 3–4 hours, until the meat is melt-in-your-mouth tender.
