Super simple and so tasty! My whole family absolutely loves this dish. If it were up to them, I’d be making it every single day. Give it a try—you’re going to love it too!
👉Ingredients:
↪️1 pound ground beef
↪️2 bell peppers, chopped
↪️1 onion, finely chopped
↪️3 cloves garlic, minced
↪️1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
↪️1 (15 oz) can low-sodium beef broth
↪️1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
↪️1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
↪️1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
↪️1 teaspoon salt
↪️1/2 teaspoon black pepper
↪️3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
↪️3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
👉Directions:
✅️1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns.
✅️2. Once mostly cooked, add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5–10 minutes until they begin to soften.
✅️3. Stir in the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for another minute until fragrant.
✅️4. Add the beef broth, diced tomatoes (with their juice), uncooked rice, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
✅️5. Stir everything together and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
✅️6. Reduce the heat to low, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 18–20 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
✅️7. Once done, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the top. Cover again and let sit for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
✅️8. Serve warm and enjoy!
