↪️1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
↪️1 red bell pepper, sliced
↪️1 green bell pepper, sliced
↪️1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
↪️1 small onion, sliced
↪️3 garlic cloves, minced
↪️2 tbsp soy sauce
↪️1 tbsp oyster sauce
↪️1 tbsp sesame oil
↪️1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (for thickening)
↪️1 tbsp vegetable oil
↪️Salt and pepper to taste
↪️Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish (optional)
👉Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep your ingredients: Slice the peppers and onion, and have the shrimp ready to cook.
2️⃣ Make the sauce: In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.

4️⃣ Stir-fry the veggies: In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Toss in the onion and garlic, stir-fry about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers and cook 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
5️⃣ Combine: Return the shrimp to the pan, pour in the sauce, and stir everything together until coated.
6️⃣ Thicken the sauce: Add the cornstarch slurry, stir for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7️⃣ Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
