Savory Potato Nests with Beef and Mozzarella

👉Ingredients:

◾️3–5 large potatoes

◾️3.5 tbsp (50 g) butter

◾️A bunch of fresh dill, chopped

◾️Salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, oregano (to taste)

◾️1.1 lbs (500 g) ground beef

◾️1 onion, finely chopped

◾️2 garlic cloves, minced

◾️1 red bell pepper, diced

◾️1 large tomato, diced

◾️2.5 oz (70 g) tomato paste

◾️A bunch of fresh parsley, chopped

◾️3.5 oz (100 g) mozzarella cheese, shredded

👉Instructions:

✅️1. Prepare the Potatoes: Peel and boil the potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and mash them with butter, chopped dill, and a little salt.

✅️2. Form the Nests: On a baking tray lined with parchment paper, shape the mashed potatoes into round "nests" using a spoon or your hands. Set aside.

✅️3. Cook the Filling: In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until soft. Add the bell pepper, tomato, and ground beef. Cook until the beef is browned. Stir in tomato paste and season with paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
