Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe



👉Ingredients:

↪️4 lbs pork spareribs

↪️½ cup honey

↪️¼ cup soy sauce

↪️¼ cup white vinegar

↪️2 tbsp brown sugar

↪️2 garlic cloves, minced

↪️1 tsp baking soda

↪️1 tsp garlic salt


👉Directions:

✅️1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

✅️2. Slice ribs into individual pieces. In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and garlic until dissolved. Stir in baking soda — it’ll foam!

✅️4. Line a baking sheet with foil, place ribs meat-side up, pour over the extra sauce, and sprinkle with garlic salt.
