👉Ingredients:
◾️1 lb ground beef
◾️1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
◾️1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
◾️2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
◾️1 (8 oz) bottle ranch dressing
◾️5 boxes (15-count each) frozen phyllo tart shells (75 shells total)
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
✅️2. Cook the meat:
◾️In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
✅️3. Add flavor:
◾️Stir in the taco seasoning and the undrained diced tomatoes with green chiles. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
✅️4. Make the filling:
◾️In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked taco meat with shredded cheddar cheese and ranch dressing. Mix well.
✅️5. Fill the shells:
◾️Spoon the mixture into the frozen phyllo tart shells, filling each one generously.

◾️Place filled shells on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tarts are heated through.
