 Slow-Cooked BBQ Pulled Chicken 🍗🔥

A tender, smoky, and flavor-packed chicken dish perfect for sandwiches, bowls, or meal prep!


👉Ingredients:

🔥For the Chicken:

🔹️2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

🔹️1 tsp salt

🔹️½ tsp black pepper

🔹️½ tsp garlic powder

🔹️½ tsp onion powder

🔹️1 tbsp olive oil


🔥For the BBQ Sauce:

🔹️1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

🔹️2 tbsp honey

🔹️1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

🔹️1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

🔹️½ tsp smoked paprika

🔹️½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for spice)


👉🍽️ Step by Step:

1️⃣ Season the Chicken:

◾️Rub chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.


2️⃣ Slow Cook or Bake:

◾️Slow Cooker: Place chicken in a slow cooker, cover with BBQ sauce mixture, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.

◾️Oven: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes, basting with BBQ sauce halfway through.


3️⃣ Shred & Coat in Sauce:

◾️Once fully cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.

◾️Toss the shredded chicken back into the sauce to coat evenly.


4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:

◾️Serve on buns, over rice, in tacos, or with a fresh salad.
