🔹️Spinach Garlic Meatballs Stuffed with Mozzarella
👉Ingredients:
↪️1 lb ground beef or turkey
↪️1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
↪️3 cloves garlic, minced
↪️1/2 cup breadcrumbs
↪️1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
↪️1 large egg
↪️1 tsp Italian seasoning
↪️Salt and pepper to taste
↪️4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
↪️2 tbsp olive oil (for cooking)
👉Directions:
✅️In a large bowl, combine ground meat, chopped spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
✅️Take a small portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your palm. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and roll into a ball, sealing the cheese inside. Repeat with remaining mixture.
✅️Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides, about 6–8 minutes.
✅️Optionally, finish cooking meatballs in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 8–10 minutes to ensure they are fully cooked through.
✅️Serve hot with marinara sauce, pasta, or over a bed of greens.
