🔸️Grilled Surf & Turf Skewers with Chimichurri (Alternative Wording)
👉Ingredients:
↪️1 lb beef steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
↪️1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
↪️1 bell pepper, cut into large chunks
↪️1 red onion, cut into chunks
↪️2 tablespoons olive oil
↪️Salt and black pepper, to taste
↪️Wooden or metal skewers
🔹️🔹️For the Chimichurri Sauce:
↪️1 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
↪️1/4 cup olive oil
↪️2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
↪️2 garlic cloves, minced
↪️1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
↪️Salt and black pepper, to taste
👉Instructions:
✅️1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
✅️2. In a bowl, toss the beef cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
✅️3. Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of beef, shrimp, bell pepper, and red onion.
✅️4. Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until the beef is cooked to your liking and the shrimp is opaque and cooked through.
✅️5. While the skewers are grilling, prepare the chimichurri sauce. In a bowl, mix together parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
